What other services do you offer?
Consulting and critiquing existing design and copy as well as their role with SEO and social media.
What kind of assignments do you handle?
We primarily work on communications for small companies and startups. However, we believe that all areas of life stand to benefit from our range services. If you need help honing your creative vision, contact us and we'll do our best to work with you.
How long will it take you to create my materials?
Deadlines are sacred. When estimating deliverables, we consider your mix of writing, photography and web needs in addition to the size and number of projects currently underway.
You’ll typically have your materials within two or three weeks. This time allows us to research in-depth on the front-end in order to deliver the best results. Should your project need to be expedited, we will work with you every step along the way.
How do you charge?
We draft a written estimate for each project based on its own unique characteristics. To estimate the price for your project, please read our sample prices and terms and conditions. Estimates include time for meetings, research, outlines and revisions. Barring any additional work requests, invoices will not exceed the initial estimated price.
Do you offer unbundled consulting services?
Yes. We understand that everyone’s needs and budgets vary. We’d be happy to provide creative feedback on your existing materials and recommend additional avenues. Our key advantage is the ability to place your message into context. Words, photos and web video are so intertwined today. It’s critical that each supports the other in order to give your message the greatest impact possible.
What’s the best way to get started?
First, just call or email us about your project. We'll start off talking about your product or service and how it relates to your customers. The more material you can provide on past projects, the better we can chart a more productive course for the future.
After piecing together all of the elements, we’ll draft a creative brief that outlines the project’s goals, scope and deadlines. Your project takes off once we have a statement of work in hand.
